About The Position

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage guest flow, and remain composed under pressure.
- Must meet applicable state and local age requirements.
- Must obtain and maintain required food handler certifications.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment while maintaining professional service standards.
- Must wear required personal protective equipment and follow hotel safety procedures.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Create a positive first and last impression through thoughtful, personalized service.
- Manage reservations and waitlists and coordinate guest seating and flow.
- Recognize returning guests and anticipate guest needs.
- Handle special requests with care and discretion.
- Communicate clearly and work closely with Servers, Managers, and other hotel teams.
- Escort guests comfortably throughout the dining room.
- Remain calm, polished, attentive, and organized in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Follow hotel safety requirements and wear required personal protective equipment.
