About The Position
Wichita Country Club is seeking a friendly and professional Host to welcome members and guests and help create a positive first impression. The Host manages reservations, greets guests, and coordinates seating to support a smooth dining experience. This role also assists service staff with table greetings, bussing, beverage refills, and resetting tables.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and arrange seating according to reservations and guest preferences.
- Answer phones and handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date reservation book or system.
- Coordinate with service staff to seat guests promptly and accurately.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Keep the waiting area clean, comfortable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide information about the menu, specials, and club facilities as needed.
- Manage guest flow to minimize wait times and support a pleasant dining experience.
- Set up the floor plan for food service.
- Assist service staff with table greetings, bussing, beverage refills, and resetting tables.
