About The Position

Watermark BR is hiring a part-time Outlet Hostperson who reports to the Restaurant Manager. The Host Person ensures guests are promptly recognized and seated in assigned outlets, and assists servers in providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service throughout the dining experience. The role also assists with collecting payment for guest transactions.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Fine dining experience is preferred, and ABC and RV permits are required.

Responsibilities

• Approach guest and employee interactions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and nametag while working.
• Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Attend to guests’ needs and help provide a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist the cashier with collecting money or credit cards from guests and servers as needed.
• Prepare the cashier report at the end of a shift.
• Pay out server and service attendant tips, if appropriate.
• Take outlet reservations properly.
