About The Position

As a busser, you are expected to perform all required duties while remaining professional, friendly, and focused on team members and guests. You will be responsible for coordinating your bussing station and communication with front and back restaurant personnel to provide the best guest service and exceed their expectations.

Requirements

• Great customer service skills, communication, teamwork, and action-oriented
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of similar work experience (or “experience as a busser is a plus”)
• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification
• Must be 18 years of age
• Travel to Snowbird Resort

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and resetting tables, which may include replenishing condiments and napkins
• Clearing tables, plates, glasses, and utensils after customer’s meal
• Maintaining bussing station and assisting servers to ensure cleanliness and guest expectations
• Meeting all guest needs during their dining experience and handling their questions and concerns
• Interacting with guests and other Snowbird employees
• Maintaining good safety practices throughout bussing station
• Wearing proper uniform and reporting to work on time
