About The Position

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join the Eat’n Park team. The role supports daily restaurant operations, oversees shifts, team performance, and guest satisfaction, and builds relationships with guests and team members through table visits and coaching. The manager helps create a positive guest experience and works in a supportive team environment, with opportunities to develop leadership skills through internal training and advancement pathways.

Candidates must be able to reach multiple locations within a 30-mile radius of their home ZIP code. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reach multiple locations within a 30-mile radius of the candidate’s home ZIP code.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfort using technology, including POS systems, inventory tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
