About The Position

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join its Eat’n Park team. The role leads daily restaurant operations to support guest satisfaction, team performance, and the company’s purpose of creating a smile. The Assistant Manager oversees shift operations, connects with guests through table visits, and supports team members through coaching. The position requires the ability to reach multiple locations within a 30-mile radius of the employee’s home ZIP code. The schedule is flexible and includes evenings and weekends, with one weekend off per month. The role involves standing and walking for 8–10 hours and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reach multiple locations within a 30-mile radius of the employee’s home ZIP code.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfort using technology, including POS systems, inventory tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
