About The Position

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join its Eat’n Park team. The role helps lead daily restaurant operations to support guest satisfaction and ensure guests leave with a smile. The Assistant Manager oversees shift operations and team performance, builds relationships with guests and team members through table visits and coaching, and contributes to a caring, inclusive team environment. The position offers opportunities to develop leadership skills through internal training and advancement pathways.

Candidates need to be able to reach multiple locations within a 30-mile radius of their home ZIP code. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds. Starting pay is $47,000 per year, with bonus eligibility.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reach multiple locations within a 30-mile radius of the candidate’s home ZIP code.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including POS systems, inventory tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
