About The Position

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and help ensure guests have a positive experience. The role oversees shift operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction, while building relationships with guests and team members through table visits and coaching. The position offers opportunities to develop leadership skills through internal training and advancement pathways.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reach multiple locations within a 30-mile radius of the candidate’s home ZIP code.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfort using technology, including POS systems, inventory tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
