About The Position

Signature HealthCARE is hiring a Resource Director of Nursing to provide nursing leadership and operational support across assigned facilities. The role manages the Nursing Department when a facility Director of Nursing is absent, ensuring compliance with company policies, nursing practice standards, reimbursement requirements, and governmental regulations while maintaining high-quality resident care. The Director responds to facilities needing additional resources or oversight, with an emphasis on validating and correcting processes and systems. The role also assists with developing and implementing nursing job-skills training and in-service education required by state and federal regulations.

The position requires travel to assigned sites Monday through Friday, with 80%–90% travel and weekly overnight stays. Travel expenses are paid. The role calls for a detail-oriented, organized leader with strong knowledge of policies and governmental regulations and a passion for supporting and training stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Ability to obtain multi-state licensure.
• At least five years of related experience.
• Ability to travel 80%–90%, including weekly overnight stays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of policies and governmental regulations.
• Passion for supporting and training stakeholders to provide quality resident care.

Responsibilities
