About The Position

The Residential Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership for a residential home, coaching and supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensuring individuals receive outstanding person-centered services. This hands-on leadership role helps maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming home environment, supports staff development, and ensures compliance with agency and state standards. The role also supports daily operations and requires collaboration and communication with the team.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to motivate, organize, and inspire a team.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Commitment to person-centered services and quality outcomes.
Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
Strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
Valid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Willingness to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
