Requirements

At least 3 years of residential plumbing experience
Can confidently diagnose plumbing problems
Enjoys talking with homeowners
Can explain solutions without pressure or gimmicks
Takes pride in quality workmanship
Is dependable, honest, and coachable
Wants to grow personally and professionally
Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
