About The Position

Vander Hyde Mechanical is hiring a Residential Service Plumber to troubleshoot, install, and repair residential plumbing systems and provide recommendations and guidance to customers. The role involves completing service documentation, following safety and quality standards, and maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites and company vehicles. The plumber is expected to stay current with industry practices, tools, and technology and to work independently or as part of a team. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; hours may vary based on demand. Pay is $29.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in plumbing service.
Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Must possess basic hand tools.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Journeyman Plumber License preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, install, and repair plumbing systems.
