Requirements
- Minimum 3 year service plumber with sales experience (required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sound knowledge of residential plumbing systems and water systems
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to a wide range of residential plumbing emergencies with efficiency, professionalism, and calm under pressure.
- Accurately diagnose leaks, blockages, equipment failures, and other plumbing problems using proper tools and techniques.
- Perform routine plumbing maintenance while educating homeowners on system care, repair options, and preventive practices.
- Present high‑quality repair or replacement options and confidently close service calls with clarity and professionalism
- Apply expertise in plumbing diagnostics, re‑pipes, re‑drains, leak detection, water heater repair and replacement, and related residential systems
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to ensure understanding, trust, and a positive service experience.
