About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, diagnose and repair plumbing systems in residential settings, and ensure all work is completed to code and customer satisfaction. You will troubleshoot plumbing issues, maintain safe job sites, mentor apprentices, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity. Requirements

Valid Journeyman Plumber license preferred (or readiness to test).
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with insurability through Vredevoogd’s insurance carrier.
Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings, as well as a comprehensive national background check.
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in varying weather conditions.
Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Must live within 45 minutes of Grandville.

Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and successfully.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
