About The Position
Hall’s Culligan is hiring a Residential Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, test their water, explain results, and recommend solutions suited to their needs. The role involves in-home sales conversations and closing deals. Paid training, an established sales process, ongoing support, and uncapped commission and bonuses are provided. Most representatives earn $80,000–$100,000 in their first year, while top performers earn $150,000–$200,000 or more.
Requirements
- Competitive and motivated to win.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
