About The Position

1st Class Roofing, Inc., a GAF Master Elite and President’s Club contractor serving Central Florida since 2013, is seeking self-starting residential roofing sales representatives who generate their own business. The role covers Polk County, Tampa Bay, and Orlando, Florida. Compensation is commission only, with the company’s highest commission rate on business the representative brings in, paid on gross profit after each job is collected. Representatives can also leverage GAF Master Elite warranties, experienced crews, office support, and project management.

Requirements

• A proven record of generating personal leads in roofing or home improvement.
• A reliable vehicle, smartphone, and valid driver’s license.
• Comfort working on roofs and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, door knocking, and community relationships.
• Inspect and measure roofs, then present proposals for retail reroofs and insurance claims.
• Follow each job from signed contract through final payment.
