Residential Roofing Sales Consultant

Shamrock Roofing•Lee's Summit, MO

About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a residential roofing contractor serving homeowners across the Midwest and South. The company is adding sales consultants to its local team. The consultant meets homeowners, inspects roofs, explains repair and replacement options, and guides projects from the initial inspection through final payment. Customers are found through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and some company-provided leads. Successful consultants may advance to a Project Manager role. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with commission-based pay and structured training pay. There is no hourly wage or base salary, and there is no fee to join or required inventory or starter-kit purchase. During the first 20 claims, compensation includes $125 for each insurance claim filed, $125 for each approved scope, and 25% commission on the first five completed projects. After five completed projects, commission is 35% per project, rising to 40% after $250,000 in closed sales and 50% after $500,000 in closed sales. A company truck is available after $750,000 in closed sales. Earnings depend on the number of projects sold and completed.
