Residential Roofing Sales Consultant

Shamrock Roofing•Overland Park, KS

About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is hiring Residential Roofing Sales Consultants to serve homeowners in its local teams. Consultants meet homeowners, inspect roofs, explain repair and replacement options, and guide projects from the initial inspection through final payment. Customers are found through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and some company-provided leads. Successful consultants may advance to a Project Manager role. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with commission-based pay and structured training pay; there is no hourly wage or base salary. During the first 20 claims, the role pays $125 for each insurance claim filed, $125 for each approved scope, and 25% commission on the first five completed projects. After completing five projects, commission is 35% per project, increasing to 40% after $250,000 in closed sales and 50% after $500,000 in closed sales. A company truck may be available after $750,000 in closed sales. Earnings depend on the number of projects sold and completed. There is no fee to join and no requirement to buy inventory or a starter kit. The company provides paid, hands-on training and onboarding, incentive contests throughout the year, and a supportive team environment with opportunities for leadership growth. Offers are contingent on passing a background check that includes criminal history and driving record reviews.
