Shamrock Roofing•Springfield, MO

About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a residential roofing contractor serving homeowners across the Midwest and South. The company is adding sales consultants to its local team. The consultant meets homeowners, inspects roofs, explains repair and replacement options, and guides projects from the initial inspection through final payment. Customers are found through neighborhood door-to-door outreach, referrals, and some company-provided leads. Consultants who perform well may advance to a Project Manager role. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with commission-based pay and structured training pay. There is no hourly wage or base salary, and earnings depend on the number of projects sold and completed. During the training period, the consultant receives $125 for each insurance claim filed, $125 for each approved scope, and 25% commission on the first five completed projects. After completing five projects, commission is 35% per project, increasing to 40% after $250,000 in closed sales and 50% after $500,000 in closed sales. A company truck may be provided after $750,000 in closed sales. The company provides paid, hands-on training and onboarding, incentive contests, and a supportive team with opportunities for leadership growth.
