About The Position

1st Class Roofing, Inc., a commercial roofing contractor serving Florida since 2013, is seeking a relationship builder to develop business with general contractors, HOA boards, property managers, and facility managers. The role focuses on generating commercial roofing opportunities across Central Florida and Tampa Bay, with projects statewide. Compensation is commission only.

Requirements

• Existing relationships with general contractors, HOAs, or property managers in Florida.
• Commercial roofing, construction, or building envelope sales experience.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with general contractors, HOA boards, property managers, and facility managers.
• Get the company onto bid lists and bring in reroofing, repair, coating, and maintenance program opportunities.
• Work with the estimating team on proposals and follow each job through payment.
