About The Position

The Residential Remodeler assists with safe, effective residential bathroom remodeling installations, following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. Employees arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, remove existing bath or shower fixtures, and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, updating plumbing when needed. The work also includes cleaning the customer’s home, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a strong desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols to perform safe and effective installations.
• Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
