About The Position

The Residential Remodeler Trainee assists with safe and effective residential bathroom installations by following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role involves preparing materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing bath or shower fixtures, installing new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, updating plumbing if needed, cleaning the work area, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols to perform safe, effective installations.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
