About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler to assist with bathroom remodeling installations in customers’ homes. The role involves following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while delivering a 5-star customer experience. The position is based in Austin, Texas, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 a.m. start. Workers arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customer homes, complete the installation, clean up, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The approximate pay is $17–$20 per hour. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care to protect customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
