About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler to assist with safe, effective residential installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The role focuses on replacing windows and exterior doors while providing customers with a five-star experience. The workday starts at 6:30 AM at the warehouse, where the installer loads materials and trucks, then travels to customers’ homes. After completing installations, the installer cleans the work area, collects paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse.

The approximate pay range is $18–$23 per hour. Paid training is provided. The position is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 6:30 AM start time.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door spaces and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols during installations.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
