About The Position

The Carpenter Trainee assists with safe, effective installations by following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role involves loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing window and door spaces, installing replacement windows and exterior doors, replacing trim, cleaning up, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window and door spaces, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
