About The Position

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to assist with safe, effective residential window and exterior door installations. The installer follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The position is based in Columbus, Ohio, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 a.m. start. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window and door components, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Thoroughly clean up while taking care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
