About The Position

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
• This position is located in Deerfield, IL, and requires the ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and signing leases.
• Respond quickly and thoughtfully to questions by phone, email, or in person, ensuring every interaction is positive.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
• Collaborate with the management team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
• Help create memorable community events and programs that boost resident happiness and connection.
