About The Position

Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring an entry-level Residential HVAC Service Technician for its Canandaigua, New York location. The technician services residential HVAC equipment according to established schedules and company standards, troubleshoots and addresses problems at job sites, and works directly with homeowners to understand their concerns, provide education, and build customer relationships. The role also involves documenting completed work, following safety procedures, and applying product knowledge while pursuing additional training as appropriate. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

HVAC experience and/or coursework.
OSHA 10-hour Construction Course.

Responsibilities

Service equipment according to established schedules and company standards, within acceptable time frames, and troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
Interact with homeowners to educate them, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
Legibly and accurately document all completed work according to company policy and submit documentation daily.
Build and maintain customer relations in the field to provide excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
Follow safety procedures, including safe driving habits and not using mobile devices in vehicles.
Apply product knowledge and seek additional training or education as appropriate.
