About The Position

American AC Heat & Plumbing is hiring an entry-level HVAC Technician and provides a paid, seven-week training program; no prior experience is necessary. Requirements

Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Well-groomed, clean-cut appearance; visible tattoos must be covered and facial piercings are not permitted.
Vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and maintain focus.

Responsibilities

Drive company vehicles to clients’ homes and maintain their heating and/or air-conditioning systems.
Offer customers service, repair, or replacement options.
Document services performed and recommendations using a company iPad.
Attend weekly training meetings and continually develop industry knowledge.
Complete other tasks in accordance with the company job description for the position.
Keep the vehicle neat and organized.
