About The Position

Ecolab's Nalco Water team is seeking a Resident Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. The role monitors and maintains air and water quality systems at manufacturing sites and provides customers with problem-solving support to promote high customer satisfaction. The work is hands-on and autonomous, involving operation and troubleshooting of facility processes, laboratory sample testing, routine and special application service, chemistry testing, data reporting, inventory maintenance, and technical customer support. The position works Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Experience working independently in an industrial setting.
Mechanical aptitude.
Previous experience in industrial wastewater treatment or maintenance.
Mechanical problem-solving experience, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical work.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interface positively and professionally with customers.
Ability to analyze readings and organize data logically in a spreadsheet.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience explaining data-gathering results.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot facility processes in accordance with established procedures.
Test laboratory samples, analyze results, and record data in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Perform daily process application quality analysis using small intricate parts.
Provide routine and special application service support to customers.
Execute required chemistry tests.
Log and report data.
Maintain product inventories.
Provide technical support to customers.
Troubleshoot and maintain systems as needed.
Use a Fluke meter to check sensitivity.
Operate a test stand to verify air and fluid leaks.
