About The Position

Ecolab’s Nalco Water team is seeking a Resident Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. The role monitors and maintains air and water quality systems at manufacturing sites and provides customers with problem-solving support to help achieve a high level of satisfaction. It is a hands-on position involving operation and troubleshooting of facility processes, laboratory testing and data reporting, application service, inventory maintenance, and technical support. The work week is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is listed as $28 per hour; the posting also gives an annual compensation range of $42,000–$63,000.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Previous experience in industrial wastewater treatment or maintenance.
• Mechanical problem-solving experience, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other mechanical experience.

• Ability to analyze readings and organize data logically in a spreadsheet.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience explaining the results of data gathering.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the facility and its processes according to established procedures.
• Test laboratory samples, analyze results, and record data in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Perform daily process application quality analysis using small intricate parts.
• Provide routine and special application service support to customers.
• Execute required chemistry tests.
• Log and report data.
• Maintain product inventories.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems as needed.
• Use a Fluke meter to check sensitivity.
• Operate a test stand to verify air and fluid leaks.
