About The Position

Ecolab’s Nalco Water team is seeking a Resident Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. The role supports customers by monitoring and maintaining air and water quality systems at manufacturing sites, providing problem-solving assistance, and helping achieve high customer satisfaction. The position is hands-on and autonomous, with work performed according to established procedures and company and regulatory requirements. The representative operates and troubleshoots facility processes and systems; conducts chemistry and laboratory tests; analyzes and records results; maintains product inventories; and provides routine and special application service and technical support to customers. The role also includes checking system sensitivity with a Fluke meter and operating a test stand to verify air and fluid leaks. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The stated hourly compensation is $28, and the annual compensation range is $42,000–$63,000. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience working independently in an industrial setting.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
Previous experience in industrial wastewater treatment or maintenance.
Mechanical problem-solving experience, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other mechanical experience.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interface positively and professionally with customers.
Ability to analyze readings and organize data in a spreadsheet.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience explaining results of data gathering.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the facility and its processes in accordance with established procedures.
Test laboratory samples, analyze results, and record results and data in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Perform daily process application quality analysis using small intricate parts.
Provide routine and special application service support to customers.
Execute required chemistry tests.
Log and report data.
Maintain product inventories.
Provide technical support to customers.
Troubleshoot and maintain systems as needed.
Use a Fluke meter to check sensitivity.
Operate a test stand to verify air and fluid leaks.
