About The Position

Helio Health is seeking a Residence Manager (Facilities Support Specialist) to provide routine building and grounds maintenance and facilities support for patients at its Lincoln location. The position supports the management of a behavioral health community residence, including upkeep of the physical plant and occasional food service operations. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $21.92 per hour. Eligible full-time hires may receive a sign-on incentive of up to $1,500.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Skill in monitoring facility safety, security, replacement, and repair needs.
• Ability to relate effectively with staff, clients, and internal and external community agencies.
• Sound judgment and cultural competency.
• Ability to work independently and proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Valid New York State driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of a behavioral health community residence, including the physical plant and periodic food service operations.
• Facilitate routine residence room turnovers, furniture moves, and general house maintenance.
• Report client housekeeping requirements to the Program Director.
• Maintain program reports and appropriate documentation while supervising food service personnel.
• Ensure food sanitation and infection control policies comply with Onondaga County Health Department regulations.
• Maintain food inventory and storage.
• Plan menus and manage food preparation.
• When assigned, assist with problem resolution and implementation of program modifications.
