About The Position

U-Haul is seeking a team-oriented, results-focused Reservation Manager Agent who provides outstanding customer service and can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role supports customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the position helps direct equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status, supporting regional inventory balance and future demand. The role also assists with U-Haul’s U-Box portable storage product. The position is located at 3001 Boxmeer Dr, Charlotte, North Carolina 28269, United States. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assist with calls from and to customers.
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customer equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory levels and meet future demand.
Review reports that support effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts, and help create equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
