About The Position

U-Haul is hiring a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the role helps manage reservations and direct equipment according to customer demand and productivity status, supporting balanced regional inventory and future customer demand. The position also assists with U-Haul’s U-Box portable storage product. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship. The position is located at 5200 State Ave, Kansas City, Kansas 66102. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assist with calls from and to customers.
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory and meet future demand.
Review reports that support effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts, and help maintain equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
