About The Position

U-Haul is hiring a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the role helps direct equipment to areas according to customer demand and productivity status, balancing regional inventory to meet future demand. The position also involves reviewing reports related to equipment placement, reservations, contracts, and availability, and assisting with U-Haul’s U-Box portable storage product. The listed location is 920 W Commonwealth Av, Fullerton, California 92832, United States. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
• Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customer equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory levels and meet future demand.
• Review reports that support effective equipment placement, customer reservations, contracts, equipment availability, and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
