About The Position

The Reservation Manager Agent supports customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the role helps manage equipment and reservations, direct incoming equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status, and balance regional market inventory to meet future demand. The position also supports U-Box portable storage operations. The role is based at 1285 E. Route 66, Glendora, California, and pays $18.50 to $20.50 per hour. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assist with calls from and to customers.
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customer equipment to areas according to customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory and meet future demand.
Review reports that support effective equipment placement and customer reservations and contracts, helping maintain equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
