About The Position

U-Haul is seeking a customer-focused, results-oriented team member for a fast-paced role supporting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the position supports reservation placement and equipment distribution, including directing equipment to locations according to customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional inventory and meet future demand. The role also supports the U-Box portable storage product. The position is located at 3001 Boxmeer Dr, Charlotte, North Carolina 28269. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assist with calls from and to customers.
Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory levels and meet future demand.
Review reports that support effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts, and help maintain equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
