Reservation Manager-PARTTIME
About The Position
U-Haul is hiring a part-time Reservation Manager Agent in Greenville, North Carolina. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the role supports customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships by placing reservations and distributing equipment. The position is in a fast-paced environment and involves assisting with equipment and reservation management, reviewing reports, and supporting U-Box portable storage. The schedule is approximately 20–30 hours per week and requires availability on weekends and evenings until 7–8 p.m. The position is not eligible for employer sponsorship; applicants must be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship. U-Haul states that it will not hire or re-hire nicotine users in the listed states, including North Carolina.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Microsoft Word, and email.
- Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
- Legally authorized to work without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Availability for weekends and evenings until 7–8 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Assist with calls from and to customers.
- Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
- Direct incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional inventory and meet future demand.
- Review reports that support effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts, and help create equipment availability and accuracy.
- Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
