About The Position

The Reporting Specialist will join the Account Profitability team and lead the definition, governance, and delivery of dealer performance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools. The role creates a trusted reporting foundation for dealer performance leaders, field teams, cross-functional partners, and dealer partners, turning complex data into practical, scalable tools for account management and decision-making. The position is based in the Scottsdale, Arizona office and follows a hybrid schedule: four days in the office and one day remote each week. Success means teams use the dashboards and KPIs as authoritative sources, reporting is clear and consistent, dashboards support proactive account management, and a maintained reporting library and governance process help operationalize analytics and insights. The role partners with BI-DA to implement KPI changes and enterprise reporting enhancements, maintains consistent definitions and calculations, and owns a centralized measure library and data dictionary. It also supports dashboard reliability and refreshes, monitors adoption and feedback, standardizes reporting processes, and leads communications and training for field-facing reports and reporting updates.
