About The Position

The Reporting Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop report specifications, and relay them to the business intelligence team for report creation. The role provides timely and accurate Client reports and coordinates with other departments to resolve Client inquiries while following data governance and compliance guidelines. This is a hybrid role based out of Middleton, Wisconsin.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D.
At least 2 years of experience in data reporting or a similar role.
Experience working with Clients on reporting needs.
Experience presenting or reporting data across all levels of an organization.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail and focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience building and validating reports.
Experience with business intelligence software such as Tableau or Power BI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Responsibilities
