About The Position
ASCO Equipment is hiring a Rental Sales Representative for its Rental Department in Wichita Falls, Texas. The representative builds customer relationships, identifies customer equipment needs, and offers additional services. The role focuses on proactively increasing revenue through exceptional customer service, finding new markets, and developing opportunities that increase profitability in support of ASCO’s growth plan. The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who can provide solutions in demanding circumstances. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales ability and excellent customer relationship skills.
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Solid computer skills and knowledge of general business software and the G-suite platform.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

- Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Establish new business opportunities through sales calls within the branch territory.
- Manage pre-planning, post-call notes, and follow-up actions using a CRM tool.
- Educate customers about equipment through product presentations and demonstrations.
- Resolve problems and follow through to address customer needs.
- Follow all safety rules and complete required safety training.
- Represent ASCO positively and professionally at all times.
