About The Position

Requirements

Experience in sales, including upselling and closing, and motivation to work toward targets with direct customer contact.
Customer-service mindset and experience building customer relationships; relevant backgrounds may include retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental.
Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction.
Comfort working in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with flexibility in working hours.
Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying their needs.
Prepare rental agreements and upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services.
Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally while remaining organized and service-oriented.
