About The Position

The Rental Sales Agent serves as a first point of contact for customers at the airport branch, providing friendly and professional service throughout the car rental process. The role involves learning about SIXT’s vehicle fleet, identifying customer needs, preparing rental agreements, and recommending vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and other services. Success is measured in part by meeting and exceeding sales goals through upselling and cross-selling. The position offers an hourly rate of $19.85 and uncapped bonuses, with an average salary range stated as $60,000 to $75,000 and unlimited earning potential. Flexible working hours and development opportunities are also offered.

Requirements

• Sales experience that includes upselling and closing, with motivation to work toward targets and interact directly with customers.
• A service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer interaction.
• Comfort working in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with flexibility in working hours.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
