About The Position

The Rental Sales Agent works at airport rental counters, renting vehicles and promoting products and services. The role involves processing rental contracts, listening to customer needs, and recommending offerings that can improve the customer’s travel experience. Using a consultative approach to upselling, the agent provides professional, friendly service intended to build trust and customer loyalty. This is a regular, on-site position that cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills.
