About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Rental Sales Agent for its airport rental counters in Nashville, Tennessee. The role is based in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where sales and service contribute to customer satisfaction and earning potential.

The agent rents vehicles, promotes products and services, and processes rental contracts. They listen to customer needs and use a consultative approach to recommend relevant products and services that improve the travel experience, while providing professional, friendly service that builds trust and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
• Comfort recommending products and services based on customer needs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
