About The Position

The Rental Sales Agent works at Avis Budget Group airport rental counters in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role rents vehicles, processes rental contracts, listens to customers’ needs, and recommends products and services that can improve their travel experience. Agents use a consultative approach to upselling while providing professional, friendly service that builds trust and customer loyalty. Compensation is $15.00 per hour plus unlimited commission; average full-time earnings are listed as $94,120 per year, and a shift premium may apply. The position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
• Comfort recommending products and services based on customer needs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
