About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a full-time Rental Sales Agent to work at airport rental counters in Louisville, Kentucky. In a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, the agent rents vehicles, processes rental contracts, listens to customer needs, and recommends products and services to improve the travel experience. The role uses consultative upselling while delivering professional, friendly service that builds customer trust and loyalty. Compensation is $15.00 per hour plus unlimited commission; average full-time earnings are stated as $92,400 per year, and a shift premium may apply. The position requires regular onsite presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Professional, engaging, customer-focused personality.
• Comfort recommending products and services based on customer needs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Six months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
