About The Position
SIXT is hiring a Rental Sales Agent for its Denver International Airport branch. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while advising customers on vehicle options and selling upgrades and other rental services. The agent greets and guides customers, identifies their needs, prepares rental agreements, and handles inquiries professionally. The position offers an hourly rate of $19.85 plus uncapped bonuses; the posting states an average salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 with unlimited earning potential. Requirements
- Proven sales ability, including upselling and closing experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales environment; examples include retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental.
- Service-oriented mindset and ability to build customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort interacting directly with customers.
- Comfort working in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with flexible working hours.
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying their needs.
- Prepare rental agreements.
- Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
- Support customer satisfaction and the rental experience at the airport branch.
