About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a full-time Rental Sales Agent at its airport rental counters in Alcoa, Tennessee. The role is based in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, where sales and service contribute to customer satisfaction and earning potential. The agent rents vehicles, processes rental contracts, listens to customer needs, and recommends products and services that can improve the travel experience. The role uses a consultative approach to upselling while providing professional, friendly service that builds trust and customer loyalty. The position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Professional, engaging, customer-focused personality.
• Comfort recommending products and services based on customer needs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
